Will there be any ‘hidden charges’, or extra costs payable? No. The price outlined when booking is the price you pay, and our current prices are always published on our website. The agreed price will be confirmed to you by e-mail at the time of booking. You only need to contact us for a quote if you wish to book us for a special event, such as a school disco or Christmas party.

-
What needs to be paid and when?We take a £50 non-refundable deposit for each booking which secures it in our calendar. The rest can be paid on the day (before the start of the party and after we've set up) or in advance, either by cash or bank transfer - whichever is easiest for you!
-
How will my booking be confirmed? When you confirm you wish to book, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, setting out the details of your booking and instructions on how to pay the deposit. We will also ask for some further information, such as child’s age and name, so that we can personalise your party. All we ask is that you confirm any required information and pay the deposit within a week of receiving the confirmation e-mail. Paying the deposit secures your booking.

How long does a RazzleDazzle party last? Can I change the duration?A RazzleDazzle party lasts 2 hours. In our experience, this is the perfect length of time for a party, but should you wish to explore other options, give us a call and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
-
What type of venue should I book?Village halls, church halls, working men's clubs and school halls are all ideal and can often be hired for a relatively low price. Please also see our FAQ regarding stairs.
-
What facilities do you require in the venue? We can operate in the majority of venues; however, the safety of the children is our number one priority. For this reason, if the venue has a stage or elevated platform, we strongly recommend we use this to set up our equipment. If there is no stage/platform available, we can still operate but would especially encourage adult supervision to maintain a safe distance between the children and our equipment. We require adjacent access to a working 13 amp electrical supply.
-
What if the venue I've booked has stairs? If accessing the venue involves a flight of stairs, we may add an additional fee of £10. This is common in the industry and the reason for this is because moving heavy equipment up and down stairs requires us to arrive earlier and leave later. Please tell us if your venue has stairs in advance.
-
Can you operate outdoors? We cannot operate outdoors (including under gazebos, tents, etc.) under any circumstances. This is because our equipment is not rain-proof.
-
How do I know you’ll turn up? When you will be there? It’s understandable to have worries on such an important day as your child’s party, but rest assured, not attending a party is simply not an option for us; we don’t let our customers down and we are proud of our track record of being reliable and prompt. Unlike most of our competitors, we take pride in arriving especially early (around 45 minutes before the party start time). This eliminates stress for our customers and also means we don’t have to rush our set-up! If we arrive at the venue before you, we will text you to let you know that we're there.
-
Is there a limit on the number of children that can attend?Nope - the more, the merrier! Feel free to invite the whole class! Some venues may have their own limits and we advise you check this, as well as the size of the room, before handing out invitations. We politely remind all of our clients that the responsibility for the safety and behaviour of the children remains with the adults at all times.
-
How long should we allow for you to set up?We require a minimum of 30 minutes to set up, however for your peace of mind we suggest you allow for 45 minutes to cover any contingencies.
-
How long do you take to clear away at the end of the party?Depending on the venue, we can normally be fully cleared and off the premises within 20 minutes.
-
Do you give out prizes?Absolutely! It’s all included in your party. We give out sweets and mini trophies throughout the party and our exclusive 'Joining In Award' at the end, but if you want us to give out your own prizes, this isn’t a problem, just have a chat with us! Furthermore, all of our parties now contain a special birthday medal for the birthday child.
-
How will the party work around food breaks? When we arrive we will ask you what time you will be serving party food, and we will always work around your requirements. Each party is unique, and we understand the importance of maintaining flexibility to assist you in making your child’s big day successful and one to remember. It's important to us that your party runs smoothly, so we're always happy to help direct children to the food on the mic and help get them seated. Please note that our parties do not come with party food.
-
Can I request my own songs?Of course! Songs requests can be made during the party, but for any ‘must-play’ songs, all we ask is that you let us know at least a week before your party so we can make sure they are all ready for the big day. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse song requests, for example if they contain explicit material.
-
Can you operate with a bouncy castle? We get asked this quesion often, and the answer is yes, we can. However, having two main elements (a RazzleDazzle party and a bouncy castle) can detract from the overall party as they are distractions from one another. Also, our two hour package contains enough games, party dances and fun to keep everyone entertained throughout! If you were to have a bouncy castle, we recommend booking us for a 1-hour slot (please get in touch for more details) and then turning the bouncy castle on only after we finish. Having both elements running at the same time is not recommended. Please remember that the bouncy castle and the safety of all children remains your responsibility at all times.
